Modular Home Insurance UX

Working as the client-side UX lead with Barclays on a rethinking of how Home Insurance is bought as part of a cross-channel experience.

This was essentially a UX management role where I was responsible for guiding and verifying the UX and UI being produced by a partner developer (Aviva) against Barclays Web Standards.

Additionally I oversaw the usability testing of the application in Barclays' UX labs and consulted on resolution of issues highlighted from testing.
